Your Coverage

Two Levels of Protection

Included — Year One

Written Warranty

No charge

Functional failure of your final prosthesis, and failure of an implant, during the first year after your final teeth are delivered.

What's Covered

If It's Covered, We Take Care of It

  • Repair or remake of your final prosthesis if it suffers a functional failure, fabricated from your digital records. Limit: one covered remake per arch.
  • Removal of a failed implant and placement of a replacement implant, including the implant and the surgery to place it.
  • Chairside repair of minor chips — this does not count as your covered remake.
  • Your temporary teeth are covered too. If a temporary or provisional prosthesis breaks during treatment, we remake it at no cost, with no limit.

Coverage is no-fault. If something covered breaks or fails, we take care of it. We don't investigate why it happened or ask you to prove it wasn't your fault.

Keeping Your Coverage Active

What We Ask of You

1

A hygiene visit and exam every six months

2

A CBCT scan once a year

3

Wear your night guard as prescribed if we've identified you as a grinder or clencher

4

Tell us within thirty days of first noticing a problem

These visits are billed separately at standard fees. Bone grafting, if needed when an implant is replaced, is $500. Abutment or retention screw replacement is $300 per abutment. Every fee is listed in the document, so nothing is a surprise.

What's Not Covered & Honest Limits

What's Not Covered

Removable, snap-in implant-supported overdentures carry no warranty and are not eligible for the Protection Plan. This warranty applies to fixed, screw-retained full-arch treatment.

Honest Limits

Implants can fail for reasons no surgeon controls — healing, bone quality, medications, medical conditions, and habits all play a part. This is a repair and replacement promise, not a guarantee of a clinical result. What we promise is that if something covered fails, we take care of it, and if something falls outside coverage, you'll find the price for it in the document rather than in a surprise.
